Since it essentially points forward how about summarizing ti with a question: How can a sinful people be made fit for relationship with a holy God?
I started to just write: "Be holy for I am holy," "A holyGod requires a holy people." But it would surely be best in some way to note that the procedures given are not the ultimate they point forward to the ultimate solution for reconciling a sinful people to a holy God.
