Taking a Break from Blogging

OK, so my blog sat quiet for over a month. Reasons:

1) A pregnant wife who's growing more tired each day.
2) A preschool aged child and two toddlers.
3) A growing church with growing demands.
4) What free time I have on the computer will start going increasingly to helping plan our 20th reunion.
5) And if that's not enough...yada, yada, yada

Maybe sometime soon I'll be blogging again, but until then...

...this blog is in sleep mode. :-)

Hi Brett,

This is Tom Shelton (formerly of Guaranda Drive Baptist in Johnson City TN). I was thinking about you and Lacy recently and decided to try and find your church on the web to see how you all were doing. I found your church website and this blog.

Wow, 4 kids, that is awesome. I hope the mother and new little one are doing well. My wife gave birth to our 3rd daughter on 5/2/07. It seems your church is doing well also. It was nice to be able to find you and see some of the changes in your life over the last several years. I would have sent you an email but I could not find an email address on your church site or here.

Talk to you later,

Tom

Tom,

So great to hear from you. Congratulations on your third! The new little one is due to arrive in about 3 1/2 weeks. Then we'll have 2 boys and 2 girls. A house full to say the least.

My email address is my last name at bellsouth dot net so shoot me an email! I'd love to catch up with you! Tell Angela hi!

Brett,
I found you off of Tim's blog. I have 4 children ages 8 - 16. I just attended my 20th reunion last year. It was very interesting to say the least. I look forward to checking out your blog when you get back to posting. If you don't mind I would like to check out your church's website.
